Wiring a Remote Handset on a CDM 1250

Wiring a Remote Handset on a CDM 1250

I hope that this was not covered before, I didn't find it on a search. I have the outs of both the RJ45 Mic cord and 16 pin accessory plug, however I am unable to decipher the terminology between the 2 diagrams. Will some one let me know which pins go to which??
