Do I have the right programming cable?

I am trying to program the fleet of cm300's, I have ordered the part number AARKN4083 of Motorola Online since that was the cable listed for the Cm300. I got it today, but the cable has the 20 pin connector on it, not the 16 pin! Did I get the wrong cable or am I missing something...

GTF374B is the cable you want for the CM series. RKN4083 is used for the CDM mobile series.
