Codeplug error GP360

Hi all
I have problem the GP-360 radio appeare codeplug error and i dont know what i do for it Help me plz

Try to program it with a default codeplug.If this does´t help program a new codeplug with the lab flashtool.

You might want to describe your problem a little more than just saying you are having a problem. There are people that may be able to help you on this, but you have give us no information other than the radio you have and you are having a problem. Give us some details.......

I have many radio GP-360 suddenly display this meesage "codeplug error" after that the radio not work and I cant reprogram it when i try to do the i got this message "can't get codepluge" .
