VRM conversion to MCS2K??

Post by firecomm »

I recently got my hands on an 800MHz VRM850. Is it possible to convert it to an 800MHz MCS2K with a simple s-record dump?

I don't know about the VRM, However from mcs to mcs an s-record will do. Now, with that said I believe the VRM is an MCS with a different nose and software, so I would change the head, read the VRM w/o unpack (s-record) and save it to disk. Then dump your s-record of an MCS into it, tune and see what happens.
