CDR-500 link radio

Does anyone know if it is possible to add a link radio directly to a CDR-500 repeater or will an external controller be required.

This process is normally accomplished through the center connector on the RICK. I know in the cases past it takes alittle engineering to accomplish full operation depending on how the link radio will operate.

If the lights are out when you leave the station and then come on the second you key up, you know you have enough power.
