What programming software would be required to program an HT600?

What radios do you own?: XTS2500, XTS5000, and MTS2000

HT600 or P200 RSS, both are NLA from Motorola. HT600's also need a slower computer, I've had trouble reading/writing to them with anything faster than a Pentium 90 running DOS.

HT600 & P200 will not run on the other model: I've had no luck with anything faster than a 486.
