NTN117E HT1000 Rack Charger

Post by Mikey »

I'm trying to locate an owners manual for the NTN117E Rack Charger unit. This unit Rack Charges 6 HT1000 portables and it keeps giving me Flashes to indicate an error. I need the manual to see what the flashes mean. The Part Number for the Manual was a 68P81083C97 which Motorola says is no longer available. If anybody had one they could scan or photocopy i would pay for the postage.

Thanks

Mike

More often than not, you get a solid red on insertion (battery charging) followed by flashing red. At room temperature, the flashing red means charging cancelled on account of too fast voltage rise (or no voltage rise), usually indicating a battery with a bad cell. If it is really cold, flashing red could also mean battery too cold, in which case just leave it and the charge will resume when the battery warms sufficiently.
