XTS3000 flash update
i have a xts3000 can anyone do a flash update on it ? if so i will pay your price + both ways shipping please let me know

No, don't PM escomm.
You need to find a Motorola service center in your area. Motorola essentially gives exclusive area contracts for their expert tier radios. If you were to send it to an out of area service center, and they tried to order the flash upgrade with your address, it would very likely come back denied.
If you cannot find a local service center who knows how to handle your request, then I imagine you'd have to call Motorola directly, and they would give you the name of a service center that's responsible for your area.
Finally, please post want to buy posts in the FSWT forum where they belong.
