Help: Raduis M100 audio/TX problem

Hello Group,
Have been using a VHF Radius M-100 for quite some time. Tried to use it after being idle for a few months, but when I turned it on, the volume was at maximum no matter where I turned the control. Also, it would not transmit. The red PTT light does not come on. However, you can hear yourself out the speaker when you key the microphone and talk. Any ideas? The RX sensitivity is fine.

Broken low side connection on Vol pot. And/or poor connections on plugs into Logic board.
