I bought one of these really cheap on eBay a couple weeks ago, I have it and it works great... intended for the GR300, it has a plug-in for both radios, and another 4-pin connection for the fan, with three pins in it.
I measured one pin to ground as being 12v and the other 18 or something high like that...
Not having the actual fan for this system, How do I set a fan on the back (12v) so that it will turn on with the temperature changes as it's supposed to?

Re: Astron RS15M - GR300 Question
The Astron ps does not have a temp control for the fan, fan runs all the time.
You can add a thermostat mounted on the TX heatsink to activate the fan above 90 degrees.
Stancor #STC100 at about $5.00
