Systel info needed

Hello,

Last night, a friend gave me a Systel SE repeater to play with. Neat looking device, though he wasn't able to give me the power supply for it. Anyone happen to know the pinout of the power connector? Oh, and does anyone know what the DIP switches in the front do? I've tried searching the forums and haven't found anything.
