Newbie questian
Is rss and cps the same thing
And if not what is best to program a mts2000 model (H01RDH9PW1BN)

RSS stands for Radio Service Software and is the general term to describe DOS based Motorola radio programming software packages. CPS stands for Customer Programming Software and is the general term to describe Windows based Motorola radio programming software. Both are available for the MTS2000, and either can be used for programming unless the radio has been programmed with the latest version(s) of CPS, which basically requires you to continue using CPS.
