ASTRO 25 CPS v11 Missing Menu Bar

Post by rickvogler »

I apologize if this has been answered before but after searching the forums I didn't find an answer so here goes...

The Menu Bar on my ASTRO 25 CPS Version 11 is missing. It was there yesterday and this morning it decided to walk away. Have asked 10 or so other techs/programmers if they know how to bring it back and so far nothing has worked. Is there a shortcut key that can bring this back? The Standard Toolbar is still there, but I do not have "File, View, Windows, Tools, Help, etc... available.

Some of the things I have tried:

Messed around with different resolutions.
Uninstalled/reinstalled the software.
Searched the CPS help.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks,

Rick

Once you un-install the software, go in and do a search of the Astro 25 software. There is probably a file that is still on the machine after the uninstall. You must delete all files, then re-install. This should take care of it.

It could also be something in the registry.

Just want to thank both of you for your help. Had to uninstall all my CPS programs and Tuners and cleared out my registry of anything that had to do with Motorola/ASTRO, reinstalled and everythings back to normal. Thanks again all!!!
