AZM33SHF20M2AA gm950plus LCD mic ??4 channel??

gday all, i got this Vhf gm950 plus with remote control mic with LCD.. model AZM33SHF20M2AA it claims that its a 4 channel model? but why would they use such a nice looking mic with LCD for 4 poverty channels? anyone have any idea? will this radio do more than 4 channels? as i would liek to have atleast 10 or so .
