2003 Passat RFI problem

Hi all, looking for some help with a noisy AC fan controller that sounds like a fire siren when useing 10 and 6FM. the controller takes DC and converts it into a varying AC for the multi speed fan on the radiator and I only have the noise when useing the AC during the summer months. I'm looking for a good design and some connectors so as to make the filter plug and play and not sure where to get the connectors?. The DC power plugs into the controller and thats where I would like to put or plug the filter in. I have the big motorola filter on the large power leads and a Kenwood KLF-2 on the two "+" leads going to the control head(syntor-x) which has usually done the trick on other cars in the past. any help would be greatly appreciated.
