Ht 1250 programming problem

I was working on programming I closed and saved the codeplay, upon trying to reopen it. The software gave me a Block personallity assignment block. cs layout in image does not match with one in layout. Any suggestions

i've seen that alot, all you can do is read the radio again and save it again
