HT1250 LS+ question

HT1250 LS+ question

I have a Motorola HT1250 LS+. I use this radio for conventional operation, not trunking. Is there any way to put an MDC id on the conventional channels or for this radio to decode MDC ids. From the looks of it when I upload the radio, these features are present, however are they only available to the trunked channels? If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

MDC-1200 is only available when that radio is in LTR.
