XTS2500 Display Replaced - Still INOP

Post by rileym »

I replaced my screen in my XTS2500 after a moto dealer quoted me a price on doing it for me.

However, after replacing the screen myself, the backlight works, and the screen still does not.

Any Ideas?

This dealer broke the flex cable on the previous screen when they said it was bad.... So i'm thinking that screen (minus the broken flex) is still good and its something else?

Would I most likely be covered in any case if I just order a new cover with all electronics?

Thanks

They also read it with a CPS greater than I had, making me all the more mad at them for the time being.
