OK WELL IF NO ONE HAS A MANUAL DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO SET THE TIME. IM USING THE INTERNAL CRYSTAL FOR THE TIMMING STANDARD. I CAN GET INTO THE MENU BY PRESSING AND HOLDING THE RESET AND PROGRAM BUTTONS BUT THERE IS NO SELECTION FOR SETTING THE TIME.

If no ones helped you yet this is out of the 3022 manual:
Enter the clock programming function directly by pressing the Reset, Reverse "<<", and Forward ">>", buttons simultaneously. You will see the display change to Set Time with the current time next to it. Under that are two up pointing arrows pointing to the unit you want to change. You advance the pointer from hours to minutes to seconds by using the Pause/Play ">" button. You adjust the respective units by using the Forward ">>" and Reverse "<<" buttons. After you adjust the seconds and hit the Pause/ Play ">" it should store the correct time and return to normal operation.
