gp328 plus/ex500 squelch treshold

New to this board. so be gentle....

Q How do I adjust the squelch threshold on a GP328plus/ex500?
My squelch seems a little tight, and yes I have it set to normal via the CPS

Any Help appreciated.

Well, if the GP328 is like the EX500, we adjust the squelch thresholds on the EX500 by using the global tuner software.
