Hello again,
I have scoured this site, and have not found the info that I needed so here goes:
We have a setup with an MCS2000 where it is set in Horn & Light mode. It receives a page, which (on the MCS2K accessory plug) kicks up 12 volts. This in turn sets off a relay, which turns on the lights in a Fire Station, and it also completes the circuit for the Dorm Room speakers (they are off so the firemen can sleep until the relay hits).
Now, we are trying to do the same thing in an XTL5K.
I have tried manipulating the codeplug, but I always get invalid fields when I enable H&L.
So what do I need in the codeplug, and which pins do I need to wire the relay to, to get the 12 volts when the H&L kicks in with a page?
Thanks

Why not just post your solution here so people don't have to go to the trouble to ask?alannerd614 wrote:I figured it out.

Oh and in regards to the codeplug portion of the problem.
I really dont know what I was doing wrong, but I read it again at a later time and it worked. I made sure the delay was set to 0 seconds.
