Programming PTX760 . . . Block Error???

Programming PTX760 . . . Block Error???

Hi Guys,

Im new to the Motorola programming game and I need a hand.
I have purchased a PTX760 portable for conventional programming. On the back of the radio it has VER NO: R01.03.09.
I have installed the CPS PTX760 R04.00.02 onto my computer.

Have I got the right Firmware?... Everytime I goto program it it almost finishes reading and it comes up with "UNEXPECTED BLOCK TYPE FOUND"

Hope you guys can help!
