H&L on MCS2000 without Call Alert tones?

Is it possible to make the Horn & Lights feature work without enabling Call Alert? I get the relay activation correctly but I do not want the 4 Call Alert beeps constantly sounding. However if I disable Call Alert, then I don't get H&L activation.

My experience says the answer to this is No, but I wanted to confirm this with the Motorola MCS2000 gurus. I know H&L without CA beeps can be done on a Spectra and Astro Spectra, but I'm trying to find a way to do it on the MCS2000.
