VHF Spectra - KK Band split

Hi all. I’ve been here for many years but never posted. Need some help with a 146-174Mhz split Astro Spectra. The radio will Tx/Rx down to the soft limits set at 142Mhz in P25 without a problem. I need this same radio to RX only down to 136.xxxx P25.

I have used both on this radio

Working with Hex I’m not able to locate anything resembling 00 32 1B 08, 80 C8 B3 08, or 80 BF 76 08 band limits. The program is Hex Editor XVI32, V 2.5.1.0
Need some help Hex with settings. Is there a special skip used or worse case – is this newer CPS encrypted.
