Spectra siren problem
I bought Spectra C9 with Siren option. Any siren sound is work but manual is not operate. How I can use it? It havn't dek I push manual button led is on.

Manual mode depends on a switched input on whatever VIP (Vehicle Interface Port) is programmed to be the 'Horn Ring' terminal. Specifically, applying a ground to that pin, once programmed, will trigger the siren when 'Manual' mode is active.
As a side note: I hope you're a law enforcement or security officer, or work for your local fire department, or have similar authorization to use a siren. It's not my business to tell you how to run your life, but I can tell you that most cops take a pretty dim view of folks equipping their vehicle with a siren if you're not authorized for it.

The absolute best advice I can give you is to start mashing buttons and playing with it. Depending on the siren mode selected, manual does different things, and can be triggered from the horn ring input as well. IIRC, you have to have the radio in "siren" mode as well, so you have to have that button too.
One of those catch-22s is that you can setup a Motorola Spectra or Syntor X9000 with a HLN1185 amp, and potentially get a siren tone out of it accidentally, with zero repeatability after you've been pulled over by a LEO -- unless you pull the battery, or crank the car a few times to repeat the low-voltage condition the caused the siren to lose voltage in the first place.
