MCS2000 not programming?

MCS2000 not programming?

Hello group,

I have an MCS2000 that wont read correctly. On the CPS, I select "read device" and i see "PROGRAMMING" on the screen, however after about a minute or so, the radio resets back to it's normal state and I get a window that says "Error." I'm thinking I might have an older version of software but I could have sworn the last time I programmed this radio, I programmed it with the same software I'm programming it with now. I'm using Version 02.02.00 CPS. Is there a later version out that I could get? If so, what's the version?
