What cable do I need?

What cable do I need?

Hi Gents,

Finally, a new Motorola user on the block! I got myself a GP338XLS (AZ Version) and can't work out what programming cable I need in order for the radio and computer to talk to each other.

The link below contains a picture of the cable I am using and the socket on the radio in which I need a cable to fit. Can anyone shed some light on what the proper cable is? Even better, if you could link me to someone selling one! :)
