Kenwood TK-360G Radio - Programming Out of Band?

Post by losangelescop »

Hi all,

Probably a long shot, but does anyone know if it is possible to program Kenwood radios, specifically the TK-360G out of band at all?

Bandsplit ends at 470 MHz, however I wish to make it go to 480MHz.

Thanks people!!

The software will take and program the out of band freq. The software may give you a warning, but it will take it. Now if the VCO locks is another question. If it does not, you should be able to adjust it. I have used 450 to 470 360G's in the ham band with no problem or adjustment.
