GP300 - Tx audio intermittant

Hello :
Did a search and found several posts that surely spell out the problem adaptor jack as i figured.
Did find the solder around by jumpering for the RX audio but i need the TX audio jumper around for the the TX audio to bypass the adaptor jack for TX audio.
The adaptor jack is just a PITA and id rather jumper around it for good.
Portable works sometimes and other times it doesnt and its always the tx audio missing but does tx.
GP300 model number P94YPC20A2
