microphonic P100

Grab it with 2 hands and flex it back and forth, or thump it with your hand and its noisy as hell. Anyone got any ideas on what to do with this darn thing, besides toss it in the sh*tcan...........cuz if it was mine I would. :lol:

Yup, this is a known problem. Adding a chip capacitor to one of the VCO terminals would fix the microphonics.
Also the 6.8 volt Zener regulator can cause this, the zener diode gets removed and the reff osc run off the 5 volt line.
