HT1250 Programming / Firmware

I am attempting to program some new HT1250's with CPS ver. 6.02.05 and I keep getting errors that the UUID is incorrect. The radio software version is 5.13.09. What is going on here?

You need new CPS (06.10.xx) with that firmware.

We used to get updated software from Motorola, but have not in several years. Who do I need to contact to start getting updated CPS again?

Call Motorola at 800-422-4210
