Keyloading Error

We have one XTS5000 Mdl. II that is giving us problems on loading a key via a KVL3000 plus. When trying to load I get KEY LOAD FAILED and when hitting DEL/SHIFT E for more information it reads KEY WITH BAD PARITY DID NOT FAIL. I have tried reentering the key, but no luck. It loaded fine on all the others. Any help is appreciated.

Motorola is telling me bad encryption board. Getting it replaced under warranty, so we will see what happens.
