Setting RX audio levels on Comtegra?

I'm looking to see how to set the RX audio level on a Comtegra setup. (GM300 > TNA200 > Comtegra).

Right now, the audio 'pumps' into the speaker sort of like it's on a VOX setting. I'm looking on how to set this up so even audio at all times comes out of the Comtegra's speaker. FWIW, this is the version of the Comtegra that has the full paging/display/keyboard on the front of it.
