Midland Programming Info???

Anyone know where i can find info on how to program a Midland 70-530B mobile? I got two of these UHF's that i need to program but i can't find anyting out there, been google searching for about an hour and not a thing.

You need an UV eraser and a programmer for the EPROM. There is a PC based programmer that is an aftermarket. I can't remeber who sells it but he's from Australia and he sells on Ebay. Good Luck!
