ASTRO SABER FAIL 01/82 H04UCH9PW7AN

I was programing my Astro Saber, and the lights went out and los everything. Now I get the nice little error FAIL 01/82. I am told to reprogram the codeplug. I am using CPS 5.02.
When I resent the codeplug I get a notice that the Radio in inhibited and that I have to go to a DEPOT o Dispatch to re activate this. I know this not to be the case since we do not have a dispatch panel for our system.

What I have been told to do is get a code plug for the same radio model (different serial) and do a clone.

Any tips, and if you have a code plug please send me a copy, PLEASE!!!
