Depot Flat Rate repair

I saw on the pricing sheet for the Depot flat rate repair they offer a preventative maintenence. Does anyone know what this includes?

Sorry for resurrecting this old post from several years ago but at least you can't say I didn't search before posting.

Was wondering what the Flat Rate Pricing would be to send them my XPR6550 that get's stuck in Powering UP. Bought it from a fellow board member a couple of weeks ago and all it does it say's Power Up on the display and does nothing else.

List price on that model is around $297
