DTR 550 and DTR 650 service issues

Hello to all:

I have a client that needs to do some simple service to their DTR550's and 650's. Mainly they just need new housings or new lenses. Does anyone have any suggestions on servicing these units? Does the lens just pop off or do I need to remove the back plate? Also what size bit is needed for the 4 screws or bits?

If you do want to take them apart, it's actually 6 screws...two of them are hidden under the "motorola" plate at the top rear of the radio. It is simply adhered in place, so you have to pry it off. They are "torx 6". I'm not even sure if service manuals or replacement parts are available...I'll have to check.

There are a few parts available...such as new lenses, and housings.

I want to just order up the lenses but I'm not sure if they pop off or if they are secured from the inside of the housing?
