transferring config info

What is the information i need from management to program my XPR 6550 TRBO that I could use to take my radio to Teltronic (really nice on the phone they said they will program for $) I need to bring in the configuration or an existing unit and the tech guy at work doesnt even know if we use a TRBO key.

I'm hoping they can also load the analog channels I use on my group of spirit radios.

I will try and read ahead more this looks like a great forum but the skill level of the users I see is much higher than myself or anyone at work and my search yielded little.

Where did your radios come from originally? Did you get any documentation from the dealer?
If you have a radio that Teltronic can clone that would be the easiest way to do it, and it would almost guarantee complete compatibility with your system. If you're paying to get a radio programmed you should ask for a printout of the program, then file it in your own file and pass a copy on to your IT person.
