Echostation Software and R1225

Has anyone used Echostation software to control a R1225 Repeater? If so what type of cable was used for the 16 pin connector on the radio and the DB9 connector for the PC, or the pin out for the cable would be appreciated.

Not sure of your question. What is meant by "to control a R1225 Repeater? "
