Radio to duplexer jumpers

Post by hobbes »

Any good source for premade jumpers to connect TX and RX radios to a duplexer? Radios are M1225 (with the mini-UHF connectors), the duplexer uses N connectors. Or would I be OK using a mini-UFH > N adapter on the back of each radio and standard N jumpers?

Your best bet for performance is to use jumper cables that have the right connectors on them. Using adapters will introduce another failure point and you will probably have some loss during the conversion.

There are plenty of places that can get you jumpers pre-made or custom made for your configuration. Tessco is the first one who comes to mind, but they are no means the only one out there.

Good luck!
