Need help with CDM1550's cross banding

I need so me help! I have 2 CDM1550's; one VHF and the other in UHF. I want to cross band them to go both ways via the 16 pin connector. I'm trying to get away from having to use a RICK. I have one but I would rather make my own and just use a small toggle switch to break one of the lines than use the RICK to do it. Can some one let me know which wires I will need and which pins as well.

I was looking at a device on Ebay that someone made but it was $50.00. I have everything, just need the info I mentioned above.
