Ht1250 enabling the Tx only personality for a pager channel

Hello, I have a Ht1250 which i need the Tx only personality box to be enabled in the advanced portion of the conventional channel programming so i can check it so i can have a closed channel. I need the channel only to open when the quick call tones are actived. Rite no its not enabled to let me check it and i can t fiqure out why . I need to have a closed channel expect when the tones are actived, Kinda like a Pager. Any help is appreciated

Hmmm. I think that you have that backwards. You want to set the tone parameters on receive, not on transmit. Also, the TX Only Personality (1) locks out receive altogether for the personality, and (2) only works on mobile radios.
