MCC5500 / ADM / activity log issues...

Post by Smac61 »

Wonder if any of you can help me with this...

I have 6 W9 Astro Consolettes connected to a stand alone MCC5500.
-All consolettes are on an Astro 6.9 system
-MCC5500 recently upgraded to 2.04.01
-4 radios connected directly
-2 radios connected through DJB's

I can get the ID's to show up and alias in the channel windows but nothing in the activity log.
No ID or alias.

When I had an 2 W7 Astro Consolette set up for tone control and used the accy1 data connector of the tone board,
I was getting the alias information in the activity log for those channels.

Any help would be appreiciated.

Do you have these console resources set up to appear in the activity log? IIRC, MCC5500 allows you to define if the selected resource is in the activity log, all resources, etc.

Check the settings on the operator position in superuser mode.

Yes. The resorces are all present in the log and every call shows up.
All we see though is the resource name and time. Alias and id fields are blank.
