MCC5500 IRR Problem

Greetings,

I have a problem with the Instant Recall Recorder on an MCC5500 console. This is a dual IRR setup, and the one assigned to the external sound card will stop recording after a couple of days. The only way to get it working is to go into the audio properties of the card and deslect then reselect the line audio. I have 4 different OP posistions doing this at two different locations. Doug at system support has been working with me on this and we are both stumpped. Has anyone ever seen this before and do you have a fix?
