sorry if this belongs elsewhere - wasn't sure.

We have a WPLN4121BR Impres Gang charger, and one of the pockets will not work for *any* battery. This unit does not have the displays for each pocket. We have checked the individual fuse for the pocket and that didn't correct the issue.

Next step?

You can try ordering part number RLN5325A, which is the PCB assy for a single pocket in an Impres MUC. Looks like it runs a tad over $100 at list.

The Impres MUC service manual is part number 6880309L66.

I should add that when we remove and reapply power to the unit, all six pockets give a green status light during the self-test; however, we never get any status lights when charging any battery (either impres or not).

Take a look at the contacts, make sure there are no cold solder joints
