AS3 scan switch?

I may be missing something. but in the CPS im trying to set the top A/B switch to turn on the scan function. I set it soe "B" is scann, and "A" is unprogrammed. am I doing this wrong? it seems it goes into scan when I turn it to "B"B, but wont turn off back on "A"?

anyone tell me what Im going wrong?

I checked it in test mode. all the switches and buttones seem to work ok.

Try programing it as "blank" instead of "unprogrammed".

I stand corrected... "A" Blank........ "B" Scan....
