Astro Spectra - Unable to unpack field 11837 during read

I have here an Astro Spectra, remote mount / Mod#T99DX+132W AST / ID# D04UJH9PW7AN / Ser#494ATGxxxx / Flshcde: 540008-0004-3 (and I believe it may be encryp equipped) that I am attempting to read with ASTRO Spectra CPS R04.01.03

When I go to read the radio, it appears to be working just fine... the "1 CSQ" indicator is displayed on the control head, and the software appears to be working correctly. Right when the graphic on the computer screen shows a picture of a Spectra radio, it errors out and shows a box that reads: " Unable to unpack field 11837 after 3 out of 3 attempts ", then I click "ok" and get a second box that reads: " Unable to determine address of one or more fields in the image. Unpack failed. "

I am not new to Astro Spectra programming and I am using a SmartRIB with a genuine Spectra cable and legit software.

Has anyone else ever seen this error? I have not. Any advice?

Your copy of CPS is kinda-sorta old. I'd upgrade to the latest version (R05.03.00) and see if the problem persists.
