Hi all!
I found a stranger menu item SPECSCAN in CPS R02.02.00 when MTS2000 on 800 MHz codeplug opened.
This is item # 15 in Trunking Menus.
CPS Help and Google knows nothing about. I tried to search on Batboard via Google, but also no exact matches.
Any ideas?
Radio is MTS2000 on 800 MHz

System Package H38
Flashcode 000008-000000-2
Firmware 05.64

Spectrum Scan
(Radio-User Menu Section)
This menu item selection allows the radio-user to initiate or continue a Full Spectrum Control Channel Scan when used with SmartZone.
When pressed, the radio scans the spectrum for a control channel with a system ID that matches the system the radio is currently using. If the radio finds a control channel, it stops. If the button is pressed again, the radio picks up where it left off in the spectrum and continues scanning. The radio automatically stops scanning if it does not locate a control channel before the Full Spectrum Control Channel Scan Timer expires. The radio-user can manually stop the scanning by changing the radio's mode.
