I am looking for how you would obtain the following information regarding the BCCH for a local iDEN system. In particular the Local LAI, Regional Network Code, and the Service Provider Code . Is there any relation to these items and the MCC or NDC?

I think there's a way to use an iDEN handset with Windows Mobile 23K (i920/i930) to retrieve that info.
You may have to write a little software app using the API's to read the MCC, DLA, LAC, CI, etc.
But I am sure the code is lurking out there somewhere and it should work for GSM, CDMA, etc. networks as well.
Normally, the field techs out there usually use an iDEN Field Test Application (E7489A) along with a data/programming cable developed by HP/Agilent awhile back.
