CDM1550LS - Adding Conventional Channels

Hey all,

I am attempting to update the codeplug in a CDM1150LS but I'm stuck. The radio currently has only 18 conventional personalities programmed - no trunking at all. I'm looking to add additional conventional personalities, but the green "plus" button is greyed out and disabled. I know the radio holds more channels than 18! The CPS shows the codeplug had 83.93% free space. It's probably something simple, but I've never come across this before..... Thanks!

Standard CDM1550 LS radios only allow 18 conventional channels.

CDM1550 will do 128

CDM1550 LS+ will do 160.

There are two models of the current CDM1550LS+, 16 and 160 channels. The 16 channel models do not support signalling on conventional personalities just like the HT1250LS+. So if you need MDC or QCII then you need the 160 channel model
